I usually find the staff to be very friendly and helpful. However, my recent experience was not very good. One of the female staff members, who has short dark hair, was very unhelpful and very rude to me. As a customer, I do not expect to be treated in such an appalling manner.

Staff are always jolly
Staff are amazing, no doubt if you're feeling down you will end up walking out laughing so much youre belly hurts! (Mainly morning staff) they are all so helpful when it comes to using the hermes machine, fuel may be a bit on the expensive side but never had any issues with my car unlike when i used Sainsburys! Will defenitly be returning to autoline either for fuel, hermes or the convienece in using their shop which is most likely to have what you need! Well done guys and girls!

I left my bank card at the service station after filling up....and only realised the next day. I called and a very helpful Steve confirmed they had the card. Huge relief. I popped back to collect it, showed proof of ID (good!) and all ended well. Very many thanks!
