Auto Infusion Ltd have been excellent. We bought a second hand galaxy from them earlier in the year. It has had a couple of issues come up after the same, the sunroof stop working and the battery went flat. Both issues have been fixed quickly (while I waited) and without any quibble. I am happy to recommend them to others.

I have been very impressed with the way the folks at Auto Infusion have looked after an issue which arose post delivery of a car I recently purchased from them ( a Mercedes hybrid ). The warranty insurers had declined my claim ( not Auto Infusion’s fault - the issue concerned “ consumables” which enabled insurers to argue an exclusion ) but Auto Infusion stepped up to the plate and replaced various components at their own expense. They did so with good grace, and without the slightest murmur of complaint. I found their approach deeply impressive. Therefore, although I live over a hundred miles from Bristol I shall be returning the car to Auto Infusion for its annual service. They are the sort of people with whom I personally enjoy doing business. PS : I’m really enjoying the car too !
