Poor customer service, and a really bad attitude.
Went to Hayes for problem with Heater Blower not working, The engineer was very knowledgeable and after checking the fuse's checked the Computer system and then re-programmed for the blower and this then fixed the problem. First class service.
Literally the most helpful person I've ever spoken to and he didn't even end up doing a job for me but gave me so much information about how to fix the issue elsewhere. Thank you!
