Love the paint - gave my entire bedroom a facelift about 3 years ago - from pine to Antique White - simple. The chalk paint makes the whole process so easy - just wash with sugar soap and off you go. 2 chests of drawers - 2 bedside tables, a dressing table and a bed head.......needed more recently to touch up the inevitable chips and knocks .....no trouble.
Lovely metallic finish. I do a bit of furniture upcycling and love painting things silver. I bough Metallico Falling Star which is a dark blueish silver - beautiful. You really need to put on a base coat if you want it to be solid, so I put on a grey Dixie Belle mineral paint then painted the Metallico over the top. Very happy with the result.
The best chalk paint for furniture, great finish to it and easy to use!
Ordered my paint on Wednesday afternoon. I had not even got as far as thinking about preparation of my project when WHAM BAM my paint arrived Thursday morning. Amazing service! Best get on with my project!
