I had booked a flight with Austrian which was cancelled due to COVID-19. Called the Austrian Airlines desk in Switzerland after waiting for more than 11 weeks for the refund and had an extremely unfriendly lady on the phone. Was not even remotely willing to assist, very aggressive. I recommend to only use Austrian if no other options are available

My flight was rescheduled by Austrian Airlines a few days before the flight. As I had further appointments I could not manage to fly with the new schedule and therefore had to cancel my ticket. The online agency confirmed the cancellation and mentioned that I have to wait until Austrian Airlines refunds me the ticket price. After a long time I contacted Austrian Airlines, not only they did not help me, but the customer service hanged up the phone during the conversation (which really did not take long). NEVER ever again with Austrian Airlines.

Katastrophaler Service! Gestriger Flug OS565 storniert, umgebucht auf einen Flug, der fast 24h später geht. Flug LX 1579 startet heute mit 1h Verspätung und sie schaffen es nicht mal, das Gepäck mit diesem Flug mitzugeben, so dass wir nun am Flughafen ZRH nochmals 1.25h auf den nächsten Flug warten dürfen!! Sie hatten ja auch nur gut 24h Zeit in Wien, um sicherzustellen, dass das Gepäck mit unserem Flug mitkommt..

Unbedingt vermeiden! Ich warte schon seit 3 Monaten auf eine Entschädigung für einen annulierten Flug. Unser Flug wurde 3 Stunden vor Abflug annuliert, ohne eine Erklärung oder Entschuldigung. Auf ihr eigenes Kontaktformular reagiert dir Airline nicht bzw nur mit \Zur Zeit erreichen uns viele Anfragen\. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass die Airline auf Zeit spielt, da sie kein Geld hat die Entschädigungen auszuzahlen.

Flug war 3 stunde vorher anuliert,was ish das für eine Airlines??Immer wieder stornierungen mit Austrian Air..!!!!
