Whilst it took a few weeks longer than originally advised, I'm very happy with my new trailer. The only issue I have was the lack of communication. I was rarely contacted, I wasn't advised about the delay or when it was finally completed, with almost all communication being initiated by me. Staff were very pleasant and professional, however a little more communication with the customer would have made the process a better experience.

Ordered trailer in August and was to be ready in September. Constant delays and understand during COVID but absolutely no customer service to keep you up to date regarding delays. Don't return your calls when promised by staff. Now just in November and still chasing some details on when will be finalised. Come on guys your advertising on being the best is not reality.
