Not a safe place to live, and management will do nothing to improve safety. Had to end my lease early because someone broke in through my window. Management was aware someone had been breaking through the gate to stalk my window, and all they did was put a zip tie to “lock” the gate. Would give zero stars if I could. Not to mention, I witnessed the same stalker steal a ladder from maintenance and use it to peek through the second story windows. I told management and they did nothing.

My roommate and I moved into these apartments 2 weeks ago. If you are looking for a cozy cheap apartment these are the apartments for you! We have not had any significant issues. The apartment staff is very nice and the community is great. We have not had any problems with bugs. We did have some minor issues when we first got here like the dishwasher not working, a light bulb out etc but again nothing significant . When we saw the model there was a bar area in the living room. When we got into our apartment for the first time, we were a little disappointed to see a fireplace instead of a bar. I would recommend waiting to sign the lease until you have seen your apartment. The apartments will let you chose another unit if you don't like the look of the one you chose originally. Other than some small things , these apartments are amazing and i would recommend them to anyone!
I adore my Wildcreek apartment! If you move here you will too! I usually would wait till move out to leave a review to have a fuller experience to comment on and make sure I'll fully permanently stand behind everything I'm saying; However, that feels unnecessary here about 8 months since moving in. Fantastic little place with great prices! My expectations in terms of both friendliness and how accommodating the staff are, are constantly exceeded. I'm a very picky person with where I live for sure have had some pretty awful experiences with the complexes on Riverside. Wildcreek is truly a hidden gem among the rest! Couldn't ask for more.
One of the last affordable places near downtown that regular people would actually want to live in. All the other complexes in the area are either efurbished\ and now cost an arm and a leg for fancy paint and new-ish lights and stuff, or are ghetto and have people living in them that I wouldn't want to be neighbors with. The neighbors in my area are all pretty chill, and we all get along fine. There's really no drama here. The staff is what makes this place, though. Maintenance is fast and fixes everything the first time you call, and the office ladies are super friendly and will chat with you when you go in. They always know your name and where you live and actually remember what you talked about last time you were in, so you aren't just a number to them. I definitely would recommend this place to friends. It's a nice place to live but not over the top fancy, and the price reflects that. I don't care about granite counters and marble bathrooms, and if you don't either, this is the place to live. I'll probably stay here until I'm ready for a house or if my job moves me out of Austin.
We have lived here for many years. Love the Community the Residence are pretty cool. The Office Staff is one that you can't beat. Pretty quiet.
