They never answer their phones and if by chance you do get one of them to you can never get your counselor to call you back. I have yet to receive my book reimbursement for an entire year. Now as of today the school I am attending has not received verification so they have not received their tuition which by default will affect my stipend check. Most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Transferring to the Austin office is the worst mistake I have ever made.
