I visited the physical building a few years ago out of curiosity. Fast forward to 2020, and I need to do legal research: the pandemic has caused the closure of government buildings, but I didn't despair, because this library has online services. The online law library has access to databases that you may not get free on your own. These resources opened doors for my research and inspired my creativity! Visiting the physical library requires me to take a couple of buses, but who knows, after the pandemic is over, I would like to visit the physical building in its splendor, when the opportunity presents itself. I love law libraries, so I love these resources. This law library didn't knock my socks off yet, but it rocks enough to earn 4 stars!

The Travis County Law Library has helped me in the past. Previously, I dealt with a talented and enthusiastic attorney for an issue pertaining to my driver's license. Today, I called with a really tricky inquiry about how to obtain a search in order to locate an individual, who happens to work a very sensitive federal job, so I can issue a service of summons for a lawsuit A librarian named Josephine answered the phone and she was very nice, professional and also very enthusiastic about helping with the information I requested. This is a great resource that has talented people assisting with various matters important to the community.
Awesome place to get much needed information this place is so good that I got what I needed plus more . I’ve working on a worker’s compensation case where I’m representing myself and just because the incredible resources I’ve found there I will be able to stand and defend myself
Got things taken care of- only \invasive\ questions I was asked were in private, so I could keep anonymity; and every worker was awesome , helpful, understanding, and compassionate- even the Ned Granger cafeteria was awesome
