When I moved here in July, Sheridan was AMAZING at helping me find an apartment that was a great fit for me. Not only is this a great location with lots nearby, but the management staff here does a great job of communicating and taking care of their residents. They are always happy to answer any and all questions, and any time I've ever needed maintenance, they've shown up the same day. There has been a lot that's happened that is out of anyone's control (the pandemic, crazy weather, etc.), but I'm grateful that the staff here does what they can to make sure we are well-supported!

I've lived here for two years, and have had an excellent experience. Management is consistently friendly and helpful, maintenance responds to issues quickly, and the community is quiet. This place is a paradise for dog lovers. My staffie mix, Felix, and I are thankful they accept well-behaved dogs of any breed. The neighborhoods near the complex are lovely, safe areas to walk your pup. The location is ideal, with easy access to MoPac and 360. You can walk to Trader Joe's and Starbucks, and you're just a short drive away from fun hikes such as Bull Creek and St. Edwards.

My daughter and I have lived here for over two years, and I have received nothing short of stellar service from the management team at this apartment complex. This past week's catastrophic winter storm completely shut down Austin, but Sheridan and Melissa were on top of the residents' welfare from the time the storm hit to where we currently are in picking up the pieces from the damage that this storm caused. I am blown away by their perseverance in making sure that we are taken care of by giving away free water and snacks, offering our sister community's showers, free laundry cards, and offering free meals from a food truck. Their maintenance team has worked just as diligently in repairing our homes so that we can get back to some place of normalcy. I lost my entire living room ceiling due to a pipe that burst, and they have worked closely with me every step of the way in getting my place repaired. I cannot say enough about this team. Their service is beyond exceptional. If you want to live in a safe place where you are TRULY taken care of, I assure you, you will find that here.

I have complained multiple time for several months about loud neighbors that live above me. This is the first time I have ever posted a complaint online. I have lived I apartments for over 20 years and understand noise. I feel abandoned by Manegement due to the lack of follow through. I would recommend not moving here due to management and lack of caring.

Do not rent here: We are 5 days into the Feb 2021 Texas ice storm. Over 97% of Austin, including all surrounding apartments in the Arboretum, have had their power restored. Surrounding areas have also had their water restored already. Right now, as I write this, Tramor at the Arboretum has: No power for more than half of the residences No water at all Staff have no idea when either will be restored. The only thing they do know is \this is not our fault\ as they have stated in every email they've sent out this week. This complex is basically the third-world, bottom of the barrel apartment in the Arboretum area. Rent here if you want but know that when you have no power for days at a time with no help from the management, I did try to warn you.
