Getting high quality passport photos, getting documents printed (color and greyscale), getting documents notarized - this place is a one stop shop for all these services. Additionally, the customer service is excellent. Pauline was extremely friendly and helped me out with all my tasks that I required for my Indian passport renewal. Highly recommend this place!

I can’t say enough good things about the help Pauline and the team at The Passport and Visa Company provided my family in getting our passports in the time needed to make our trip. Pauline went above and beyond to resolve several major issues we faced (application lost in the mail, missed at the passport agency, etc…). She worked tirelessly to escalate and advocate for us with the proper authorities to continually get our passport applications back on track. I really appreciate the communication that Pauline provided as well, giving us regular updates as she resolved issues. I can honestly say the only reason I got my passport in time for our trip was because of Pauline, and all the work she put in to navigate it through the government system. I HIGHLY recommend using Pauline and The Passport and Visa Company for any passport or Visa needs!!
Perfect service!! Communication and clarity from the get go. She walks you through, step by step
Oh my goodness I just loved Kayla & Pauline!! They are so sweet!! This was the easiest process getting my passport quickly. You will not be disappointed. Fast & efficient service.
This place is awesome. The lady who answered my call about obtaining a passport thoroughly helped me get the information I needed even though I ended up not needing their services. I needed to obtain a long form certified birth certificate from California to get a passport. The lady who answered my call told me exactly who to call and what I needed to do. Thank you so much for making my day! You rock!
