No one knows anything about anything. And if you ask them “well what do you know” she said a lot of information. So I asked can you tell me that information and she said no because it’s too much.
Trying over a week to get someone on just the phone line. I decided to “up” my game and call every 15 minutes. The lines are supposed to open at 8:30am, the line was not running until 9:05am. They advise calling after 5pm which I did, I last called at 6:00pm and the line was closed even though the hours shouldn’t close until 7:30am. We’re a low income household needing legal services and can’t speak to a human to get our case started. I understand there’s a lot of people applying for these services but changes should be made— for starters, lines should be open when they say they are according to the website and phone line.

They state their phone lines open at 8:30am, but no one answers until after 10:00. The person I talked to only did a \partial intake\, stating I would be called back later in the week for completion. I had to call them, and then they pushed it back to next Monday... it is 11pm on the Monday I was supposed to be called that I write this.
