I’ve sent over 10 employees thru Joe’s courses and have never had a complaint. 90% pass ratio. Prices are reasonable and my employees all complimented him on his ability to make the class interesting.

I signed up for the online and classroom (2-day) training for the General Lines license (Life & Health). I took a practice test immediately to gauge my base score. I got a 50, so I started watching the videos and reading the material. After going to Joe's class (first day), I scored a 71 on the practice test. Remember, you need a 70 to pass the state exam. After the second class, I scored an 80 on the practice test. Yesterday, I took my exam and scored an 81 . . . I passed! If you are thinking about signing up, I highly recommend the online and classroom training. Joe offers a money-back guarantee so if you fail you get a full refund. He provides A LOT of insight and solid information to guarantee your success. Best of luck!!

I have made NUMEROUS attempts to contact them by email, text message, and the direct message component of their website to request a refund. They have never replied to any of my messages. My next step is to compile all of my correspondence and send to the BBB to see if they can affect any change. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t see any of these reviews prior to scheduling my course. Hopefully I will get my refund in the very near future.

I signed up to take the training in Dec 2017. Just a few days before the class they cancelled the class. I called several times, sent texts and emails requesting a refund for the cancelled class until Feb. NO reply. I have had to resort to legal action to get my money back. Don't waste your time or money. These people have no integrity.
