I left my keys on the bus and I called and they said the driver got them they returned them to me quickly I been with them 1 month or so I am happy with this service their always on time and never late.

The service from these guys was great! On top of that, I left my pink umbrella in the bus, they made a point of finding it, letting me know and keeping it for me until I came to Austin again and could pick it up. They were super kind.

I have never seen a business that is so unprofessional. This company doesn't care about their employees and is only in it to make a buck. The \GM\ is unprofessional, likes to gossip about the employees, and not knowledgeable of company policy, procedures, or practices. Telling HR about her would never help because they find a way to make the behaviors she do okay. The company requires CDLs for its employees but its okay for management not to have one. They want you to go above and beyond for the company but not willing to pay or do it themselves. Not a good company to work for.

Sent 3 buses instead of 5. One had a flat tire so it couldn't be used. Wouldn't answer questions for 40 minutes. Sent another bus eventually, but we left over two hours late. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. More than a month ago I was left in Austin on a Sunday morning without prior notification. I waited on the bus stop for an hour, tried to reach the company but could not reach anyone and end up purchasing another bus ticket from another company. Later, when I reached the company I was promised a refund but still have not received it. Texas Express? No thank you, I will no longer use it.
