Sportsman’s Finest in Bee Caves builds absolutely awesome rifles! Nicholas Vedros, the owner, takes his time walking you through the selection process to make sure the build is exactly what you want and need. Also have to give 5 stars to the entire staff at SF. Friendly, knowledgable and they make you feel like family! This is my 300 PRC that took a little over a year to build, but well worth the wait. Just finished the break-in and now tracking the right recipe for the load. Picture 1 - The rifle Picture 2- Mapping of 7 sets of 3 rounds. I cut targets out and laid them over each other for mapping. 2 different size bullets, 3 different power charges and cleaned between each set. These are 1/2” squares. Picture 3 - The right recipe. 3 rounds same hole is kinda hard to improve on!!! Powder H1000.

This is the Best (only?) Shop of its kind in Central Texas. Their fly selection is great and their staff are always really nice and helpful, even offered to tie some flies that I asked about. Their Archery shop has the NICEST and most helpful guys, bar none. Ashton replaced a D loop for me free, on a hand-me-down bow and gave me a ton of advice to get started bow hunting, just because he wanted to see someone else get into the sport. That kind of service wins my repeated business. Their gear selection is awesome, some of the best new brands including ones local to Austin. Highly Recommended!

Fantastic place with helpful staff who answer all sorts of questions for you, even ones you feel like might come off “dumb”. Give you an example, I called to see what they would charge to put a set of night sights on a gun and the guy broke it down to what it would cost if I brought in my own; if I bought them there, and which seem to be liked best by his customers. Even gave me a quote that I could tell the old lady about and she wouldn’t be finding a new use for the sights, love working with them, very much looking forward to spending more time and money there. And tell everyone I know that they’re a solid place to go.

Incredible gunsmithing services! I brought a gun in with some inferior parts to have some work done and those parts ended up needing to be replaced. Sam went ahead and replaced the parts with better and more expensive ones and didn't even charge me for it! Way to go, Sportsman's finest. You've made me a customer for life.

Just had a fly casting lesson with Lindy. Wonderful teacher and expert caster. She was gracious and complimented me when I probably did not deserve it. Will go back. Have been an infrequent user for over 20 years. August help my son and I fit our shotguns. Have purchased guns ammo and cases and was never disappointed with price or service. Now it's on to fly fishing.
