Lived here since 2014 and love it. Great landscaping, pool, gym, grills, and dog park. Only a 10 min drive to downtown hot spots. Easy bike ride to the boardwalk and trails in Roy G Park. Hidden gem on the Eastside.

Website is broken, can't even locate a phone number or email to contact. No pictures load on the website, and half the buttons are broken. I've verified this happens on any device/browser. I will fix my review if I am able to contact the leasing office and get an explanation.
This is a great community, with quick access to central downtown and the airport. And with the developments planned along East Riverside, it’s only going to become more desirable. My neighbors and I are both long-term owners, and it’s great to know I can call or message them if I’m travel delayed and need someone to help out. There’s a dog run, pool, and on-site gym. Plus the community is gated, so it’s easy to get out and feel safe walking your dog at night. There’s also a really nice outdoor high-end kitchen with both gas and charcoal grills. The property values have consistently risen over the past few years. They’re going to spike further as the new developments phase in. It’s no surprise that properties that list here receive offers quickly — and often within 48 hours of going on the market. The units are spacious and well-finished.
It had been increasingly difficult to get anything fixed at this complex. Right now, two four outlets don't work, our tiling is uneven, our washing machine is broken (and has been for two weeks), or kitchen floor was leaking and now our bathroom floor is between the uneven tiles), our mailbox is now broken. Ashley Fraizer will not like to proceed with fixing until we wend a picture of the broken mailbox. There is nothing to send. It won't lock. The lock is there, but it won't lock. Now our mail is free game to anyone. Overall I am very disappointing with this company and am at a loss as to how to get my stuff fixed.
