I went in yesterday for my first visit. I saw Dr. Kinney. If I could give 10 stars I would. I have a membership for another chiropractic place, but it’s just a quick fix and sometimes not a fix at all. Dr. Kinney took his time and addressed all my issues. I have a lot of shoulder blade and upper back pain and he spent a lot of time addressing that. I love that you can book appointments online too. I visibly stood straighter after leaving there and felt like a new person. Can’t wait to go back for my next visit.

Best chiropractors ever, and trust me I've seen way too many in my life. Dr. Alex even helped with my meniscus pain without surgery! Who knew! Can't recommend this place enough. Love that they text to check in on you after visits as well.

Just moved to the area and I’m so happy to have found Austin Ranch Chiropractic. Mrs. Temple was awesome, fit me in right away and didn’t disappoint on arrival... very friendly! Dr. Temple is literally a miracle worker! I couldn’t stand up straight when I got there, but left fully upright!!! He did amazing work on my back and neck! They just earned a new patient, and a glowing (deserving) review!

Dr. Temple and his wife run an awesome clinic. Dr. Temple was able to give me my weekend back. I came in with a rib out and in a ton of pain/hard to breathe. He was able to help me breathe in the first visit. I was out 3 days before I decided to try out his office and feel back to my old self. Thank you!

I was experiencing excruciating pain in my left leg and as a breast cancer survivor on medication, some crazy thoughts came to my mind. My older daughter, also a chiropractor in Lithonia Georgia advised me to accompany her sister to her appointment and have the chiropractor check it. Dr. Kinney was amazing! I was adjusted, massaged and was back in alignment. The pain was gone and I was relieved.
