We wanted to get our children something that would get them outside more for Christmas so we called rainbow play systems. At first they said they were pretty booked up and couldn’t install until early January but then found space for us on Dec 26th 2020 which was great other than they only installed part of the play set, It was missing the monkey bars, the swings, the tarp, and binoculars. They finally came out almost a month later to install the monkey bars and swings and binoculars. I decided that I wanted to purchase an additional sling swing prior to the appointment when they were to finish the install ( today) but they did not bring the swing I purchased to be installed. They finally showed up today to put the tarp on(2 months later from initial purchase) I am not at all impressed with the customer service.they also didn’t call to let me know they were coming they just showed up. I understand that they might be short on parts and such but no one told us that before we ordered, we may have chose an different set or purchased somewhere else if we had known that we wouldn’t have a fully functional play set for months.

These guys do a great job. We purchased our Rainbow over 6 years ago, the kids have enjoyed it ever since. Recently we had it relocated to our new home and during the move Rainbow noticed a couple parts that could be replaced under warranty. They ordered the parts and returned to swap them at no added cost.
Got our play set a month ago and I've been waiting for the ew\ to wear off and the kids to be bored again. Surprisingly enough, they aren't! Mind you these are the same kids I'd fight with day in and out about not playing on their electronics as much and doing their home work. Now when they get home they are in a hurry to finish their home work without being reminded and stay outside on their Monster castle all afternoon/evening long. As far as the process: Excellent presentation, customer service, and our installation went smoothly. Laura helped us and made sure that we were able to find something that was in our allotted budget and we cannot be more pleased. I would highly recommend. Thanks again!
