The young woman who helped me was very pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable. I wish I could remember her name, but she had an Australian accent. I'd had a bad day before I came in, and my interaction with this young woman turned my day around and put a smile on my face. The store had exactly what I came in for (car booster seat for my dog) at a very reasonable price. I've shopped at this store before, and I've always had a good experience, due in most part to your store having great employees!

Love this petco! I came here with my puppy to get a haircut and was a bit worried initially whether he would have a good time, but Luis (?) was our man! By the way he handled the dogs, gently but firmly, you can tell he is very experienced and kind. Our pup got a fresh haircut (NOT a shave) and smelled really good. Also the gentleman at the checkout line gave us a dog treat which was really kind! A great experience overall and I would come back.

I needed pet supplies. I called the store and an employee answered. He Asia he was the only one there. I explained what I needed. He told me to let him get the register up and running and I could cone in the get what I needed. He came out to my car to let me know I could come in and shop. Even though the weather was still very cold and icy. I appreciated his consideration during this city crisis.
