You buy in August 3000 deposit with 1100 move cost, they come out to site 64 days later, your approved for lending, then shipping changes to over 5,000. Then your denied, a better offer I’m sure. Worse than used car salesman. Then I have been waiting more than 60 days for my money back.

My fiancé and I just closed on our house today. And I will say to anyone considering buying a house for the first time or not; seek out and ask for Jonathan Mendoza! He is a credit and a asset to Palm Harbor. He made this dreadful ordeal a very pleasant and awesome experience for us. He was great. He was very helpful with every step of the purchase. He answered every question we had. He made it a point to find out any and every question we had that he may not had known. He was able to put up with my very colorful personality and blunt way I put things. And that to me said so much about his personality and professionalism. He made this experience every bit of the 5 stars I have given. I would have given him 10 stars if possible. Now we are in the construction stage of the process. So this review will be continued.... Note: if you buy a house at Palm Harbor... Tell them Valerie Senior sent you. You and I will receive a 500 Visa card. Which is always a plus.
Will be purchasing a home with Palm Harbor soon! My brother and I were lucky enough to have Kenny as our sales consultant, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He gave us a tour on a couple of model homes and gave us plenty of land and home options. We were really impressed with one in particular and applied for the loan and were approved. In the end my brother and I decided based on our current financial situation, we should hold off for one more year in order to save some extra cash. When we informed Kenny he was totally understanding and wasn’t pushy; he told us he would be there for us when we were ready. Definitely going back to see him; I appreciate someone who cares about people and not just a sale. Thanks again Kenny for all of your help, we will see you soon!
