When you go to this location ask for Mike Mendoza. Between him and GM Mike Bueker, they will do all in their power to help you! We had a hard time finding the right situation for us, and neither of these gentlemen would quit until they found a solution. Excellent customer service, authentic guys who genuinely care! For over a year I was looking into buying a home, I went to different types of manufactured home sellers and I decided on palm harbor for the great attention to every detail that I was looking for in a home and with them I got the best price for my home. The customer care and service were great and were the same from beginning to end. They completed everything from their part of the contract and made me feel assured and provided me with extra resources that I needed. Every time I went into their offices I was treated with respect. Came in off facebook post got my husband and my credit ran then told they believe they had something for us,but the banks weren't open till Monday so they would get back with us then. They never did though now they will be on our credit for two years and didn't even call to tell us sorry we can't help you or anything very disappointed and don't recommend.
