National Tile & Stone provides exceptional service from the wood they added in my living room, tile in the kitchen/bathrooms, and beautiful granite counters in my kitchen... they have the quality to last. Thank you for taking such great care of us which will last a lifetime!
They did a great job helping my find the right look for the right price. The installation went great as well. Very painless. I’ve had my new countertops for a year and a half now...still happy.
I do not recommend this company. We had a bad experience with them on a recent bathroom remodel. We had to hire our own contractor to complete plumbing work and now are in the process of hiring the plumber back along with a demo crew to demo their work and re-tile the shower. The shower was never waterproofed so the water leaked in to the 2x4 causing the tile to pop off. We are now responsible for having someone come in and remove the glass shower doors, demo the tile, purchase all new tile and have the project completely redone correctly. This has been a nightmare and has caused us so much in additional costs. The owners are aware as we have called, texted and emailed to let know about the issues. They also have many pictures and unfortunately we never received any response. It’s a frustrating situation that I wouldn’t want anyone else to have to deal with.
