Walked in, asked to see a car. Brief chat with sales team, took for a drive while they worked trade offer and final offer. Came back after less than half and hour and then decided to buy after asking a few questions. In and out quickly. No pressure. Good interest rate. Knowledgeable staff. From sales to finance to car presentation. Even the person who helped remove our license tag, without being asked. All good, nice, professional staff. Great experience

I have been waiting for the 2021 RX 350 to come out with the Carmel interior and Elise Timillar helped me get my dream car. The transaction from getting the car in and going through finance was so smooth and quick!!! I’ve dealt with their service dept with my previous vehicles and never had a problem. Honest, straight-forward, and great prices. The service was good it took a while for the windshield to arrived, but I had a nice loaner.. Would be 5 stars but the new windshield was sub standard and was cracked again by a small pebble.. Call the dealership to see of they help.

My wife is a very tough person to do business and Nicco was very professional and any levels .. normal me and my wife we drove to Houston to find better deals. But this time we stay local and lexus of Austin give us the price we want to pay . Deal was done and half day !!! Love it Really happy with the all experience!!! I will totally recommend this dealer, Honest people, nice inventory, place is extremely clean and everybody is very friendly!!!
