I have lived at La Madrid Apartments for over 1 year. Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance have been fantastic. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. The guys are friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs.Big apartments, high ceilings, large windows, laundry room, washer and dryer, hard flooring, picnic & grilling area close to the pool. Surveillance cameras, makes you feel safe even at night.The property overall is always kept clean. I feel very comfortable having guest come to my home to visit me.
Been here one year and I love it. Will be signing a renewal lease. The staff is awesome and friendly. Follow the rules everything will be alright don't follow the rules then you're the problems. Everyone deserves an affordable place and us residents are staying. Out with the bad and in with the good. Thank you Victor for making this a better place. '
Victor and staff are truly wonderful!! They have been extremely helpful in so many ways. I’m truly grateful. The food pantry has been a true blessing for my family as I am a single mother and am going through some hardships due to having extensive surgery and unable to work while being on bed rest. They also have fun pool parties to celebrate the holidays and provide food and snacks for the children. This means a lot to me because I don’t really have much family around and being able to celebrate my with children in a big way is a blessing. They have arts and crafts days, cooking classes and Halloween costume parties for the kiddos. I love my town home, it’s perfect. My children and I feel safe living here. La Madrid is not only a great place to live, you become family!
