Erik has got to be one of the nicest people in the world! He is efficient, effective, helpful, very responsive... I just cannot say enough praise! Extremely reasonably priced, he saved my son having to drive TWICE, the 3 hours each direction to the Houston Chinese Consulate (to submit and then retrieve) his passport for the visa, and I question if it could have happened in the time needed without Erik. He corrected the application when there were questions. Took pictures. Knew the exact date of return, which was just over one week (WOW!!) It just was the most painless, wonderful way to get a visa EVER. Erik's service is worth every penny. Truly excellent service like this is incredible to experience. Grateful are we!

Due to an additional form needing to be filed, I was unable to use this service. Erik was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. At the point he realized that I would need to file in-person at the courthouse, he still provided stellar service by printing all the necessary forms for me. If I need this service in the future, I'd happily return.
Hands down, Erik and his team are my go-to people for anything passports/visas related. They always come through in the most urgent situations. Recently they helped me with my son's visa to Russia - they knew all about new changes, sent lots of helpful info to make sure everything was prepared and came through with the visa in a record time. They set realistic expectations and overdeliver. I am one satisfied customer and can't recommend them enough.

You must go here if you plan to travel! I wish I could remember the kind gentleman's name, but the man who runs Just Passports in Austin is the most knowledgeable, helpful, and thoughtful individual. I was going to China and needed MAJOR help. He helped me with everything I asked and more! There was so much that I did not know that needed until I came here! He cut my headache time down by over half. His pricing was fair, I got my documents exactly when promised (actually a day early), and he even called me to ask if I had any trouble following the instructions he had given me.
