I was able to schedule a single session in September after a dog attack. The entire experience, from start to finish, was wonderful. I was able to make a choice of counselor via text, working around my school/work breaks. The profiles offered to me also included the upcoming dates and times of availability. My counselor, David, was right on time for our video conference and utilized our time to the fullest extent. While results vary for everyone, he was able to help me move to a place where I could go running outside again. He praised me for seeing someone so quickly, as this can bring added benefit your healing after a one-time traumatic event like I had experienced. I needed that validation because I was worried I should have given myself a little more time before seeing a professional. David also followed up with me via email the following week. While I have not needed a second session, I would not hesitate to go back to Just Mind for other therapy needs. I've already recommended them to friends.
