Summary review: Great results so far, amazing front desk staff and nurses Detailed review: In anticipation of cedar season, I became a patient at the Westlake location of Greater Austin Allergy in September 2020. After a scratch test, it was obvious that cedar wasn't my only allergy. I was a little late to the game but started weekly cluster shot treatments. I am now down to shots every other week and next month will be down to monthly shots. There are two primary results to share. First, before receiving treatment I sometimes had difficulty breathing through my nose due to congestion. That has always been the case so I didn't think it was abnormal. I can now breathe through my nose at nearly all times. Second, this cedar season is noticeably better than before. I am not in any way \cured\. On days with extremely high pollen counts, I still have symptoms but the number of days with symptoms is much lower than before. Most days I don't even have to take an antihistamine whereas before I took one in the morning and one at night. So the treatment has been mostly successful and should improve over time as I continue to get shots. But there's another reason that I rate this provider as 5 stars: the amazing front desk staff and the nurses. They are friendly, professional, timely, and take pride in their work. I always look forward to seeing the ladies!

I’ve been coming to Greater Austin Allergy for a long time due to chronic urticaria. I’m a patient of Dr. Hollander but have seen several other Dr.’s here and all are amazing. They are so kind and genuinely care for their patients, as are the nurses Kelli is especially wonderful and Shannon at the front desk is great. Going to the Dr. is never fun but thanks to the amazing people here is a bit more bearable and they all really makes you feel very comfortable. My husband is also a patient here for allergy shots and it is amazing what a few shots can do. From having sinus infections and horrible allergies to not one sinus infection in 3 years and being able to tolerate our lovely cedar season without any major interruption in his daily life. He now recommends allergy shots to everyone he knows. I give them 5️‘s but wish I could give them 10.

These folks are very accommodating. The allergy testing was simple. I chose the cluster application for allergy shots to speed up the process. So far so good after 4 weeks. Desiree will happily check you in and out. The staff is great as I was a bit nervous. Oh and no pain on the shots. They're quick with the injections. This was meant for the Eiger Lane Location

I have been taking my daughter here for over 5 years (she's 10 now) and we have always received the best care. The doctors are amazing and extremely caring about their patients. The triage crew are fabulous, always willing to help with any concerns we may have. Gotta love a welcoming atmosphere, tons of smiles and compassion for their patients.

I've been coming to the Westlake location for years now and it has been a great experience. Their whole staff is very friendly, efficient, and thorough. Shannon at the front desk is a staple and always greets you and makes you feel welcome. On the occasions where I have to see one of the doctors, they seem to genuinely care about helping improve your allergies and overall health, and I don't feel like a number there like I have at some doctors' offices in the past. I highly recommend this place, and especially this location, if you are looking for quality treatment.
