Eudaimonia is a great place to live! The sober living experience here has been thought through thoroughly, all the way from the resident app to the in house day to day living. The amenities rock, the staff is always there & there’s a house manager on site. We keep the doors locked 24/7, so safety is in place too. The temperature in the house is cool, therefore it’s very comfortable. I’ve even enjoyed the nice furniture and decorations... Eudaimonia is definitely elite!

I am a current resident. Came here after going to Nova Recovery Center (their sister company) for 90 days at no cost thanks to their scholarship program. Planned to stay for 1-3 months. That was well over a year ago. I stayed because this place gave me an excellent environment in which to continue personal growth. In my experience, staff and maintenance are very responsive. Rates are reasonable, especially compared to other sober living facilities in the area that offer similar accomodations, program requirements, and structure. What makes Eudaimonia different is the larger than normal community. Instead of a house, or a collection of houses, it is an apartment complex with something like 100 residents. That comes with its own unique set of advantages and drawbacks. I have seen clients who wish to fly under the radar, not work on themselves, and wallow in the negativity that they brought in with them. I have also seen, and actively seek out, the men who are here to do some real work. Personal responsibility, I think, has been key to my experience here. Staff is available on-site 24/7, but they won't be micromanaging. The structure and the resources are available, but it's up to you to use them. I believe I have, and am much better for it. Now I spend a lot of my time working with newly arrived clients. With such a large community, the opportunities to be of service to others are endless. Happy to be a resident here.
