Dr. Teresa Kroeker: Thyroid and Parathyroid Surgery

I cannot believe how amazing my experience was at Dr. Kroeker’s office. I’ve spent about 10 years going round and round with doctor’s about my thyroid. One doctor ordered surgery for me then handed me someone else’s lab results! . Most doctors don’t read my file before my appointment. With Dr. Kroeker, every bit of the experience was amazing!!! I got to my appointment on time. I checked in and Dr. Kroeker was ready for me! She had read my file BEFORE I walked in, so all she had to do was ask some clarifying questions. There was no warm-up nurse that had to review before the doctor came in. In 60 minutes, I was counseled, given a much needed ultrasound and a biopsy and was checked out. Usually, this whole process is outsourced and it takes me three painful weeks to schedule and reschedule these procedures. She is a proponent of nutrition and talked to me about what I can do to help myself. When I asked a question that wasn’t her specialty, she had no qualms about saying, “I’m not sure .” She’s a surgeon, but surgery is the last resort. Finally, I feel like my doctor is on top of my health and that she cares.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Kroeker and staff are. I was diagnosed with Thyroid cancer at 39. Needless to say I was nervous and anxious about what was head. As soon as I met Dr. Kroeker, I knew I was in the best hands possible. At every appointment she took the necessary amount of time and spoke in a way I could understand everything that was going to happen in the appointments and procedure to come. She is very personable and truly wants to do what is best for you as the patient. Thanks to her care, I am four months post-op and not only am I feeling great, she did an incredible job on the incision which can no barely be seen. I highly recommend Dr. Kroeker should you have any Thyroid needs. It will be the best decision you make!!!

Dr. T. Kroeker will stay in the operating room until the job is done. I lost two of my parathyroids, to cancer, and the other two were hard to locate but she searched until she found them. AND is respected in the surgical and wellness communities.. She is in an elite class of medical excellence.

Dr. Teresa Kroeker did an excellent job in dealing with my parathyroid case. I had an adenoma in the mediastinum and she referred me to a cardio-thoracic surgeon, but she never left my side and managed my surgery with her expertise in parathyroid disease alongside a very reputable CT surgeon of her choosing. Should I have additional surgical needs, I will run to her !!!!!
