Dr. Tiblier is just the right doctor. He's intelligent, slightly humorous, and cares about his patients. I have been with him for more than 10 years now and he continues to provide consistent and quality care. Not only that he hires great personnel and professionals to work with him. Personally have never had one instance where i could not get worked into an appointment if needed, or work through some insurance issues with his office. This doctor and his office are the best.

Made the appointment for someone else specifically asking about covid protocol and all they mentioned was temperature taken and a form filled out. They ONLY let the patient in. So I took half a day off work for no reason to accompany someone who wanted help during the visit. I would not have referred to an office all the way across town if I knew I couldn't go in.. I work in a medical office and we've began to refer to Dr Tiebler so I wanted to see what patients experience. Well the front greeter is rude and literally said\ oh that door is supposed to be locked\ when we walked in. (wow how welcoming!?) They basically treat everyone like a covid leper and common courtesy is out the window. Hey, we're all still people. If you're that scared, don't work in Healthcare or find a nicer way to say things to people. Regret this visit entirely. Find an office who treats you like people. We will refrain from referrals here in the future.
Dangerous/negligent practice stay away at all costs. They have the worst staff I’ve ever had to deal with, they are not warming or friendly at all. That was just the beginning l, the DR. Was not very concerned with the situation I continued to bring to his attention, there are plenty of cardiologists in Austin that will care for your needs.
Dr. Tiblier and his staff are always very nice! He and the staff are very knowledgeable and make sure you understand everything going on with your heart.
