I have been recieving an invoice for something I never received or had. I have tried to resolve this several times by calls and emails, yet could never get it resolved. No replies. Next thing I know it goes to collections.Finally I am able to get and call. Had a heck of time explaining the fact that I have never had a bad knew or knee splint or even saw the dr on the invoice. Stay Tuned. We will see how this turns out. No idea if the product is anygood but I know their billing department has issues, which by the way are in India.

This place is terrible. If you can purchase a brace from anywhere other than them, please do so! Their customer care and service, is horrible. It's impossible to reach a real person when trying to call. You get routed to leave a voicemail, and they do not return calls.
