This place is amazing. My dog always has the best time! The employees make sure to properly introduce the pups and are always on watch. They are so careful and loving with each doggie guest. And I love how they text pictures, so I can see her having the time if her life. She comes home happy and exhausted.

I live out of town from Austin and since it was the holidays, our town was all booked for boarding since it was the holidays. We decided to take our dog with us and thankfully, D Pet Hotel had room for our fur-baby! They are so kind, clean facility, and they sent us pictures and video of our puppy. He liked it here and I liked how well the employees interacted with all the pets. 10/10 would go again!
Best in Austin! Our 5 dogs LOVE D Pet Hotels and always come home happier than when they left - a mark of a great boarding facility! The play rooms are separated between large and small dogs and are always monitored with staff. The rooms are wonderful and clean!
Let me just say this is by far the best grooming experience my dog Teddy has had. Kelsey did a fabulous job. She listened carefully as I explained the do's and don't. She gave me suggestions. She kept me updated. My dog came out looking great . Hats off to D Pets Hotels and Kelsey! I definitely booked again. Please don't hesitate to bring your dogs over.
I have a fussy, spoiled, older chi who is very high maintenance, she absolutely adores coming to the D Pet Hotel! Liza and her staff are so fantastic with her. She runs in the office and immediately jumps on the door to go back, screaming if they do not take her back immediately- leaving me in wonderment-she does not get that excited at home over anything. This is a safe, loving, high attention giving place to bring your fur babies. Have no fears, they follow all instructions given, and there is no price tag for the comfort level I have when leaving my fur baby here. I rate at 5 Plus Stars!!
