I highly recommend if you have children or like children not to take your business to this establishment. The so call “Deacon” Jeff scolded our daughter b/c she picked up a rosary that was in a box to show her mother how pretty it was. Apparently, this deacon doesn’t understand the concept of being Christian towards all. Plus, doesn’t appear to care if children come back to the church.

This a great little family owned Catholic book store. It has more than books. Great gifts and household religious art. Highly recommend.
My wife and I visited this place while we were on vacation near Austin. It's easy to miss because of the speed limit on winding roads. The items are pricey because they are hand made by local artists. The crosses are beautiful. My wife and I bought a few books. There is a very wide selection of Catholic books. There are also Philosophy books. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for high quality items and books. The shop was quiet. The owner was nice and an Astros fan. At check out, he surprised us. He is actually a Deacon. He blessed our items, and prayed for us. He jokingly yet respectfully put on the sash before hand too. As Bob Ross said, \God bless my friend\.
