I called the other day in this African American lady kept picking up in every time I said my name she just hung up wats your birthday she hung up funny part am blk to don't know if she was having a bad day just rude as can be dont understand how people work for places like this in is so rude

Always great as soon my appointment date arrives at this location to renew my map insurance.With that being said I find that every one that works here is always courteous to me giving them a 100 rating and being professional 100 rating and what they do concerning your questions being answered 100 rating and quick in service without any problem perfect 100 rating or delays thank you so much and I really appreciate this office God bless you.Lastly , this is the office to go if you need help with a program to assist you in health benefits map thank you once again.
The lady in front was very selfish just because I arrived 3 minutes late I missed my appointment.
The call center people, receptionists, and anyone who you call for help with the MAP card are helpless. They will refer you to talk to someone who will refer you back to the People who you started with and say “I don’t know” for any questions you ask. Documents will get lost and they will say they don’t know what happened (happened to me multiple times..).

Bad experience,long hours.
They scheduled me for an appointment, but when I got there they said it was re-scheduled. I called them back to find out what happened, and they tell me it was rescheduled but they had no idea why and also no one bothered to call and tell me. So make sure you call these idiots before you bother driving to your appointment, because it might have changed with no explanation. THANKS FOR THE WASTE OF TIME AND GAS
