I liked Dr Sarathy while she was there but she retired without notifying her regular patients so I made an appt for a well child check up and was presented with a nurse practitioner, no warning. I had to wait a half hour in the waiting room, and then another 50 minutes in the examination room. Not much fun when you have an active young boy with you. The only reason I went here was for Dr. Sarathy who was really good with my child. The front desk staff seems bored on a good day - irritable and uncaring on a bad day. The floor in the waiting room is always dirty and sticky like a movie theater, and what few toys are there are broken and dirty, too. I wouldn't let my child play with them. I'm tranfering to another pediatrician, the only thing that Carousel has going for it are the expanded hours, otherwise it's a dump full of uninterested people who don't care how long you have to wait.

The place is always crowded. No matter if you're making appointment or not but you're still will waiting for a long time coming in. Service is very unprofessional I've taken my kid there 2 times to the place for 2 following weeks for the same symptoms but nothing helped me. They just overcharge on the payments. The waiting room always smells bad and dirty. Very often the providers and nurses are very mean and rude . Even one star isnt enough for this place.

Traumatic Experience. Visited a year ago for a check-up & blood draw for allergy test. I was in so much trauma - I didn't bother to leave a review but, it needs to be known - my daughter was used as practice because, the lady that took blood was FISHING for her VEIN which, is deadly if you puncture the wrong vein. She tortured my daughter as she was clearly expressing & I demanded that she'd STOP procedure, looked her in the eyes & let her know she was hurting my daughter. She DIDN'T STOP, proceeded & said she wasn't hurting her.. yet, her body language showed it clearly that she was on fear herself. I reported it to the front desk & they only offered an apology. I pray this was escalated to proper training, as being in the field isn't the time to practice. You can get a lawsuit practicing with poor training.

Horrible service, I took both of my kids that were sick with the cough, fever and earache, we had an appointment at 11 got there 10:45 still waited like 40 minutes before we were seen, there were nt any other patients in the waiting area, once we got called the pediatrician came over and I was pretty much doctor myself telling her she needs to check his ears for ear infection, and told her to to check his throat and his mouth, she was nt doing anything it all other than just ask what were the symptoms? She was leaving and hadn’t checked them until I told her to doit, it seems they are nt real doctors! The receptionist are very bad at service, nt even saying hello, they hate that job but still working In a place they are angry!
