My friends and I were visiting from Houston. A group of 6. We get there and are told that the room we wanted to do was not available due to fixing electrical. We were already there so we just agreed to do the room the guy recommended. We get into the room and we ask what’s the story behind the room, he says “I haven’t been in this room for a while let me think” it made no sense but whatever I’m not one to try to complain. The “clues” didn’t work either. The radio that was supposed to give us a clue didn’t work. He had to come in & try to fix it. Another clue was the tv. It said “no signal” and he says “that’s not suppose to say that either” he didn’t seem to even want to help us with clues or honestly didn’t pay attention to us . It was all very unprofessional since the moment we walked in. Finally when it was over he came in and said “there’s some electrical issues with the whole place” didn’t mention a refund or anything. It was a waste of our time and our money. You’re better off going to a more professional place like the escape room.

Cool staff, helpful staff. Fun place for an escape room. Pretty standard pricing

Walking into the lobby, it was very hot and stuffy inside the building. Signing the waiver was a hassle for me and I was told by the attendant it was complications on their end. When we arrived inside of the room, it appeared dirty and all surfaces were coated in a grungy/grubby film. As we started the room, the attendant informed us a part of the game was broken and we wouldn't need anything from that particular puzzle...turns out we did need it to move forward. Progressing through the game we found 3 more broken puzzles that were vital to our success before we just decided to call it quits. As of this review we have not received a refund .

We've been here twice and overall have had a good time. In our experience the rooms are a little too disorganized and the flow of the \story\ and \puzzles\ aren't the best. We've done about 35 escape rooms across the US and have noticed that some methods don't work as well as others. One example for this location is the fact they don't use TV's for the hints and time. Instead they give you a walkie talkie which is just one more thing to worry about. They also had no timer in the room... Which to me is pretty significant when you are literally timed on your escape. Over all we had a good time and the room is a little cheaper so the negatives aren't as bad. Hopefully they can make some revisions to the way they run and lay out their rooms just to make the experience even better! The next time we are visiting we will most likely try another room!

This place is crazy fun! This was my second visit and although the rooms are challenging, it is so exciting and intense. The facilitators have always been excellent and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this as a group activity or a way to make new friends.
