I was in Seton for ecoli. Everyone was so very caring. I never had a bad experience of any kind. I couldn’t have been in better hands from the doctors, nurses, nurses aids and even the ladies that cleaned the room. Excellent, excellent service.

So my mom was taken to the Seton the medical center at 38th to check on her heart because she’s in a fib and there’s no reason a doctor should question my mothers intentions. He acted as though She had done something wrong by coming to the hospital. That’s not OK. She was a patient and she should be treated as such! This is a perfect example of why it takes a certain kind of person for nursing and some people should just stay at home with their bad attitudes. Always raining on every other person in your paths. Thank you so much for your hard work to all of you health care workers. Masks on, chin up. It will be over soon.

Dr. Sabra, Victoria, Jennifer and the whole Staff were Amazing. My Surgery was scheduled in a timely fashion. Dr Sabra explained all to me that immediately put me at ease. Once at the hospital (Ascension Seton) I was treated like Royalty from beginning to end, if you need this surgery there is no better place in the Austin area. Top notch, experts from start to finish. God Bless them all and their professionalism and courtesy. Thank you Dr. Sabra and Staff!!!!

This review is based solely on the billing department. I had a procedure done November 19th, 2020. Prior to the procedure I was told my co-pay would be 1050. I could not pay that so they had me set up a payment arrangement for 12 months at 87.50. I got my statement from my insurance showing they paid it in full but I was still charged the 87.50. I've called several times and have been given the run around and told to call back. They have told me that they can see that insurance is paying it in full but I can't get a refund until everything processes. OK, fine. It's coming up on two months now so things should be processed! I've also been told by two different agents that the payment arrangement was canceled BUT MY ACCOUNT WAS JUST CHARGED AGAIN FOR 87.50!!! STOP taking money out of my account that I DO NOT owe and refund my money!! If you have anything done at Seton do NOT pay ahead! Wait for your insurance to process because you will go round and round trying to get your money back and/or cancel your payment arrangement!
