Although many other communities have found a way to provide limited access to amenities, ours has not. They are afraid they will be sued so have closed the pool and gym until further notice even though residents must pay for them. Disappointing and below expectations.

This is one of the nicest places to live on the 620 area. The complex is always cleaned, peaceful, and well maintained. People there seem to be very educated and upscale. Love it.

Upscale for it's time, these are still well maintained and comfortable. Limited visitor parking wreaks havok if a few of your neighbors are having parties at the same time. Like maybe any given Saturday night. Gated and we'll lit, with convention shopping nearby.
During the past 11 years (I've been here that long) we've gone through a few HOA management changes, and not all of them good ones, I admit. But regardless of that, the location, the neighbors, the facilities (the gym, jacuzzi, pool, barbeque pits, dog runs) are all awesome. I especially love having direct access to 620 via the West entrance/gate and direct access to 2222 on the North entrance/gate.
