Austin's Country Store

Had a fantastic customer service experience from purchasing our log burner to having it fully installed, including chimeny by your team. Friendly, polite and professional staff who are credit to your store. Would gladly recommend. Thank you all Marty Newman.....Latton

Commenting as a non-driver who relies on home deliveries, both large and small, I have twice found the delivery process the least friendly, helpful, and uplifting of all my deliveries. This is a real shame as I always try to support local business for my benefit and theirs. My judgement of the delivery process is relative to my wide experience and is unaffected by the reasons that management has offered me as to why my situation is so awkward for them, while betraying no obvious concern that this is so.

Very good store, always helpful, They do need to change the closing times on the web site and on the gate, States closed today at 17.00 on both. Yet was closing @ 15.00
