The doctors are awesome however the front staff is rude. I have been coming to this location for almost two years now and wait about 30 minutes to an hour just to get past the lobby and do an ultrasound. On top of that you still have to wait to see a doctor. I recently arrived 26 minutes late and was told I could not be seen because their grace period is 20 minutes. There was absolutely no one in the lobby and I was told to just reschedule. Again, the wait is extremely long whether your on time or not. Very poor customer service which reflects poorly on the company.

I've been to this location about 4 times so far this pregnancy. Every time I come here the staff is always so rude. The patients coming here are typically dealing with extra stresses/conditions of top of normal pregnancy hormones. They really need to learn better customer service. Also, Not sure about everyone else but I pay a 75/copay every time on top of 5 parking because they ALWAYS take a min of at least 2/hrs each visit.. The patient portal is TERRIBLE. They never called me with any updates on my blood test results on my last visit.

The experience with this office has not been amazing and every appointment that is made you will wait about 30 minutes or longer to even be called back. The front desk is fairly stiff with customer service. The techs are always pleasant, you just Have to have a lot of time to spare to have an appointment here.

I've been here for multiple pregnancies only because this is who my OB refers to. I had one bad experience with a doctor but every other time has been good. The back office staff is all great but the front desk is terrible!! They are rude and act as though patients are a bother! This office is also VERY slow so be prepared for a loooong wait!
