I had a great experience with United Dumpster service. Heather helped me choose the right size dumpster to do the job for me. It was delivered on time and picked up early per my request. Drivers were very friendly and courteous! Would recommend, ...and would definitely use again
Rented a dumpster from these people for a client of mine. The driver, a 71 yr old man walking with a cane, said he would be back in an hour to pick up the dumpster. They showed up a few days later. When they took the dumpster, the mattress had fallen out with other various items. I had to drive all the way out an hour away to the customers again to pick up the items. The driver could have picked up the few items that were outside the dumpster. The company should hire someone who is more physically able to pick up a few items. Heather was nice enough to give me a small discount, however I lost out of renting this dumpster after paying the dumping fees on the items that fell out of the dumpster. Ive worked with many other dumpster companies and never had any issues as this situation. I don't have a problem with old people, but why did they seriously hire a 71 yr old man for this job?
I suffered the worst loss of my life...my basement flooded in our brand new house that we just moved into and ALL mine, my kids and my husbands memorabilia were still sitting in cardboard boxes when the water came in. Needless to say we were in a crunch and this all happened on a Saturday no less, but the wonderful employees at United were such a help!!! Heather was the person who assisted in figuring out what size dumpster we needed and then Joey was the superb driver who not only came out to deliver the container but saw my husband struggling to move some items and he lent us a hand spending well over an hour of his personal time on a Saturday evening to make sure we got out anything salvageable from the basement. THANK YOU UNITED SEPTIC YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered dumpster last week and Heather was awesome helping me figure out what dumpster i needed for us to redo our roof.. And the NO WEIGHT LIMIT FOR SHINGLES IS A INCREDIBLE DEAL... And Next month i will be getting a 40 yard since there company is the only one around that carries them.
