The nurses are on top of it. Going in to park and get my husband's first covid vaccine was soooo easy. Very little wait and good distancing practices were encouraged.

I received top surgery here, preformed by Dr. Kaoutzanis and a wonderful team. I was treated kindly from my very first visit back in September. Whenever I had an appointment the nurse Shannon would listen to me and I was never rushed. Dr. Kaoutzanis would always answer any questions I would have as well. On my first appointment I was lucky enough to meet Lauren. She is a social worker and she helped me so much by searching for other options if my insurance could not cover it. She also wrote the letter needed by my insurance to cover the surgery. Not only that, but she even visited with me once I got out from surgery. She really cared about me, everyone did. I was very very fortunate. Going back to the insurance part, I had David work with my insurance. He was so amazing, he was able to get through to my insurance company so I could get this very important surgery. He also was my scheduler. Due to the pandemic I had to reschedule often. It was very difficult for me to deal with, but in the end I was able to get my top surgery. I was able to get my surgery because I had an outstanding group of people working with me. I was very lucky and had an amazing group of people working with me. I'm not great with names but the people that were with me while I was about to get surgery were so kind and caring. I felt safe and genuinely cared about. I could go on forever how great of an experience I had, I truly could. I am so fortunate and thankful to have had such lovely people helping me! Thank you to everyone at Anschutz that helped me! You made my experience so much better than I could have ever imagined!

One star is too much to give to this hospital...Been here three days still dont know whats going on with my health...no peace of mind.. Nurses are extremely rude and disrespectful. 2hours looking for my nurse Abigail..She finally come to the room very loud disrespectful like its my fault she cant do her job. Wanting to argue like some thug on the streets..i am over this nightmare..Please dont come here or bring your love ones here.. Not a good compassionate hospital at all..

The white security guard in the front of the outpatient building (andrew) is rude, un-friendly and un-professional. What a disgrace of a security guard representing the hospital.Just because he wears a rent a cop uniform does not mean ur superior than me!!!
