Excellent work, and excellent team! The staff at Raised Edge have been in the game for years, and it shows in their customer approach. Ordering promotional and team products is seldom a simple task but Marc at Raised Edge is with you from start to finish. Whether you ordering a lot of products to customize, or if you have a strict deadline that you need your gear for, they do everything to keep you informed and in the loop. The Fellows at Raised edge are great to work with, I never have a complaint with their decorations and if I have a question they are easy to contact to get an answer. I will be using Raised Edge for all my Decoration needs.

I would not recommend using Raised Edge Inc to anyone. Unfortunately one of the owners of the company, Thomas Milne, chooses to use extremely innapropriate language when dealing with customers. Completely unprofessional. In 17 years of working in the business sector I have never encountered a person that speaks to people the way he does. He was fine when everything was going smoothly but when a slight problem arose he went off the deap end! I have never written a review before but thought that his extremely erratic behaviour and fowl language deserved a bad review. If I had the option I would have given them 0 out of 5 stars!
simply awful - words can not describe the lack of service and all i am going to say is I will NEVER deal with these guys ever again! Save yourself the aggravation and deal with a professional company . The only reason I gave them one star is because it wouldn't let me give a zero!
