The staff at this location are amazing! Every visit I feel safe and well taken care of. The level of education of the providers is unmatched, and they make sure to educate their patients as well! Not only are the appointments easy to make, go smoothly and efficiently, but their online education is the best! If I could give ten stars I would! Keep up the amazing work! The women of Illinois rely on your care and I’m lucky to have incredible access to the top medical care this facility provides!

The staff were respectful and helpful. The wait time was absolutely horrible. I had an operation done. I was told 8 weeks of bleeding was normal. I go to a quick care clinic to be told to see the er because I have bled for 3 months straight . I get to the er, the operation performed at this planned parenthood was not complete. I had a horrific infection due to an incomplete surgery and needed immediate surgery at the er! Would not reccomend!!!

I would love to give this place 5 stars, I am extremely pro-choice and I think places like planned Parenthood are essential for women’s health care. I have come here more then once, and felt that because I have been multiple times I was being judged by the staff and dr. Every worker kept asking me what can I do to prevent coming back here , even while I was having I the procedure!!!!! I can come here unlimited times if I would like, I should not be lectured for it by any staff including the doctors, nurses, and counselors. This comes off as shaming women for needing services they provide. A very dangerous line to cross.

The staff at this location is the absolute best. I have severe social anxiety and they made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Nurse Practitioner Anne is such an angel. She is very sweet, understanding, thoughtful, and helpful. Any question I had she answered to the fullest. Love, love, love, this location!
