Jordan was prompt to inform prior to his arrival, and was on the dot! He was professional and courteous during installation of the hospital bed. My ninety year old Dad was very pleased with his service. He even left a manual with him to review. Kudos!

The equipment is top-notch, and getting it picked up from the house was a breeze. Folks in the office got my message and called back rapidly to set up the pick-up. Added bonus: Jordan was courteous about calling me when he was on his way over, and he was gentle and respectfully conversational while at my home to haul everything away.

Best service ever!!!! From costumer service to the tech that brought my electric chair. Costumer service help me with all the steps that I need to do to get my electric chair, they are very nice and friendly. and The tech that brought my chair he took his time to explained everything that I have to know on how to operate the electric chair, very professional. I surely recommend orbit medical to everyone.
