Staff was very friendly and kind. I was super anxious through the whole testing experience. Staff made sure to answer my questions thoroughly and provided tons of information. If you're nervous about getting tested, just go do it. It will ease your mind to know your status. When my negative results came back I requested a hug and it was warmly received. I highly recommend this facility.

I work as a medical case manager here; we primarily serve the HIV population here, helping those who need access to healthcare & medication. We also have STI testing, case management, behavioral health services, & referrals to local dental offices. Open Door also goes to local community events as part of outreach & prevention. We have people here who truly care about the patients & clients who come to our clinic.

This place is a nightmare. You have to drive back out there for test results, and when you do they shut the clinic down an hour early. I was there after 2pm on a friday knocking on their door. They don't keep the correct hours on their google page. They randomly close down. Crooks. Not to mention the doctor was terrible.

I call to check on blood rest results and schedule a new appointment and nobody answers the phone. One nurse assistant seem angry during my first visit, she was bossy or being rude. The doctor was kind, until I told him I didn't want to be vaccinated after that his demeanor changed and became serious no more smiles. I would stay away! They didn't even bother to give me my results on the phone and when the doctor asked me if I wanted the blood results on the through the phone I said yes.
