Former employee, started off good but training could be better. Some team members only teach you once and expect you to remember. If you asked again they reacted annoyed and bothered. They will even say "I already told you this or you should know this". News flash if I am asking is because I don't remember or didn't grasp the concept the first time. It's alot to learn and can be overwhelming at first. You are supposed to be there to train and help. Comments made me feel uncomfortable. Due to medical reasons I was discharged. I understood and accepted the discharge. Unfortunately they went on to accuse me of taking advantage of the company and they refused to pay me 3 days of work.
