Dr. Campbell and team were wonderful to work with. They were so quick and careful with our son's care. We walked into the appointment feeling very nervous and scared and walked out feeling like a weight had been lifted. Scheduling was a breeze as well- we were able to get in on a Saturday morning. We will not be going to this provider again. After looking at our newborn (11 day) old son, he within the first minute of his examination recommended an MRI as soon as he was 3 months old as a preventative measure (which btw had absolutely nothing to do with why we were seeing him in the first place). When pressed he admitted that what he thought he was seeing was very rare, and very likely specialists in the field may not recommend an MRI (but \if it was his son he would...\). Not sure if this is an issue with Childrens Hospital or this provider specifically, but it seems as though they are always looking for the next treatment or the next test they can run - like they are up-selling my Childs healthcare. It is my opinion that they are doing so in the best interest of the hospital and stakeholders and not in the best interest of my family or my son.
