With each party, even couples, being seated at their own tables rather than the 6-8 which was common prior to the pandemic, the wait was 35 minutes. No drink service is available in the waiting area. Once seated, we recieved very strong drinks that we were able to dilute and basically get two drinks for the price of one. Service was incredibly fast once seated and the meals were amazing. Great experience once seated, especially considering the circumstances with the pandemic.

Good food and good experience. Be prepare to spend between 30 and 50 per person. It's also a good idea to verify the charges. You may be surprised to get overcharged once in a while.
I came here for my Birthday and the service was so amazing. They were so kind and made me and my family have a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants good a hibachi restaurant. You don’t see service like this anymore and I’m glad I got to experience it. I loved it so much and I will definitely be coming back again for more!

Doom has been my absolute favorite restaurant for the last 32 years since my Freshman year homecoming. I recall going into Domo77 (Wheaton location at that time) extremely unhappy and leary to say the least. Japanese Hibachi, most specifically (and pretty much only Domo77) then became my most beloved food. I love all of their locations. Owners Eddie and Suzy are very welcoming and hospitable and gracious offering coupons for birthdays and special occasions. My family and I use Groupon there all the time and have never once had an issue. My favorite foods at Domo77 are the garlic lobster tail, egg yolk shrimp and hibachi steak. Their servings are generous, they don’t hold back. It’s always nice to arrive a little early and have drinks and sushi before dinner. There’s honestly not enough I can say about my love for Domo77 and if you don’t believe my review is valid just ask my family! Lol Everyone who knows me knows every single one of my Birthdays, Mother’s Days, Valentines Days and Anniversaries MUST include Domo77!! Also the ease and quality of their carry out service is amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars ️ I would in a heartbeat!!
