Had a broken cusp on a lower molar i was very pleased to be offered an appointment within two days. The covid guidelines are being very rigorously applied, including a temperature check. Was not kept waiting for my appointment. In the surgery, all the available options were clearly explained and after choosing the right option for me, all of the procedure was entirely painless, including the anaesthetic. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Thank you to of all the team at Aurora Dental practice for their excellent care, attention and first class treatment today. I have been with the practice for many years and they have always been extremely welcoming and friendly. The safety measures in operation during the current restrictions were very reassuring and I had no cause for concern whilst on the premises. A special thank you to Claire my hygienist and Richard my dentist.

A very modern clinic with the latest technology equipment. The staff are always extremely professional and helpful and treatments are always explained in detail. I have been a client for several years and have always been happy with the treatment and service. They keep you updated on a regular basis and I like the fact that I get reminders by text and email as to when my next appointment should be booked. There isn’t a high staff turnover which I feel speaks for itself. I find it reassuring that I am familiar with the Staff.

For a place that no-one, really wants to go to.... There is no need to worry. Everybody is lovely and will quickly, put you at ease. Making it a place, you'd be happy to go back to.

Clean, airy surgery. Polite, friendly and helpful reception staff who make it their business to get to know one. Reminders are sent for appointments. The hygienist and nurses are efficient and lovely. The dentist explained everything as he was going along. I had to have a filling this time and he discussed it with me, and told me his opinion. The filling is smooth and is comfortable. Not cheap, but my teeth will hopefully last as long as I do! I recommend them.
